About SoilNet

Pioneering Polymer Technology Since 2005

SoilNet LLC develops polymer solutions that separate solids from liquids, recover what has value, and return cleaner water. Our work centers on three areas: manure separation for livestock operations, corn oil and protein recovery from ethanol production, and research that optimizes each project before and after it is installed.

Based in Belleville, Wisconsin, our team tests every formulation against the customer’s own material, from the lab bench to pilot scale to the running site.

What We Do

Manure Separation

Polymer-assisted separation that pulls suspended solids and phosphorus out of digestate and pressate, leaving a concentrated cake and an effluent clean enough to return to the lagoon.

Corn oil and protein recovery from ethanol production byproducts, turning stillage and other side streams into products with their own value.
